Last updated: February 13, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Nolxy uses cookies and similar technologies when you use the Service.
The Service is operated by Davide Ricca, Via Antonio Romano 35, 97019 Scoglitti (RG), Sicily, Italy. For complete information on data processing, see our Privacy Policy.
1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. They help websites remember information about your visit, such as your login session. Some cookies are essential for the Service to function; others are optional and require your consent.
2. Cookies and Similar Technologies We Use
2.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are required for the Service to work. They cannot be disabled. No consent is required under the ePrivacy Directive for strictly necessary cookies.
- nolxy_token — Authentication cookie. Used to maintain your login session. Short-lived, expires automatically.
- nolxy_refresh — Session renewal cookie. Used to keep you logged in without requiring a new login. Expires periodically.
- nolxy_logged_in — Session indicator. Contains no sensitive data. Used to detect whether you are logged in.
- nolxy_oauth_state — Temporary security cookie used during the login process. Expires shortly after use.
- cookie_consent — Browser storage key used to store your consent preferences until you change them or clear browser storage.
2.2 Functional Cookies
These cookies enhance your experience but are not strictly necessary. They require your consent. We currently do not use any functional cookies.
2.3 Analytics Cookies
We currently do not use any analytics or tracking cookies. If we introduce analytics in the future (e.g., Plausible, PostHog), this policy will be updated and your consent will be requested beforehand.
3. Third-Party Cookies
Nolxy does not set third-party analytics or advertising cookies by default. If you choose to use third-party services (for example, external billing pages or integrations), those providers may set cookies according to their own policies.
4. Managing Cookies
You can manage your cookie preferences in the following ways:
- Consent banner — on your first visit, a banner lets you accept or reject optional cookies. You can change your preferences at any time by clicking "Cookie Settings" in the site footer.
- Browser settings — most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Note: blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging in.
5. Legal Basis
- Strictly necessary cookies — exempt from consent under Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC), as they are essential for the Service requested by the user.
- Functional cookies — based on user consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
6. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to withdraw consent for optional cookies at any time via the consent banner or your browser settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before its withdrawal.
7. Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy when we introduce new cookies or change our practices. Updates will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
